"I recently found myself needing car insurance for a very unexpected vehicle purchase while on vacation. I called a main State Farm agency number, and my call was answered by William Rice. This may have been the best customer service I’ve ever received from an insurance company. William was simply great. He clearly explained all my options and, within just a few minutes, provided a quote. At that point, he knew I hadn’t even committed to buying the car—and that if I decided not to, there was nothing in it for him. Still, he was patient and took the time to walk me through everything as I tried to absorb the information. When we ended the call, he had no guarantee he’d ever hear from me again. Over the weekend, I decided to buy the car. First thing Monday morning, I called William back, and within minutes I had my proof of insurance in hand. What a great experience.
